All statements are true as I have memories for them.
I have been raped by a person using hypnosis in my own home, she paid a person to start the hypnosis from her car using a frequency emitter. I was not able to look at her face or identify her. Since then after a few months loosing my home I went to an apartment and that's where schizophrenia started, from the person who started hypnosis. This is what schizophrenia is.
I met this person at work, she asked to come over I said yes, then shortly she said she is bringing a friend. When she arrived she said her name is Claudia (a co-worker @ work but found out that's not the case, could not see her face, had to keep my head looking down only was able to see the rapist legs). Since 2016 I been in hypnosis and unable to get out, I have identified the issues by thinking with the voices in my head
During the sex at the town home I passed out on top of her head to the right, as I woke up my pants were already on, buttoned up and zipped. As I looked up the front door was closing, I do not remember clearly after that but most likely turned off the TV and went to bed. The following day at work Jackie went up to my workspace and talked but nothing about the events that happened at my home. After quite some time walking away from Home Depot, she stopped me and asked me if I masturbate I replied with “Who doesn’t”.

At the apartment, she saw me for a few days then asked her about the sex, she turned her head and said there were drinks, and started to vape with no eye contact. From my memory there were no drinks there.
During my move to the Condo after the town house Jackeline wanted to meet, she does not ask any questions but constantly talk about work. We had sex and shortly she went outside saying she needs to go to a 7-11, but my schizophrenia states she was on call with her contact that started the frequency emitter about the intercourse. After this I have not herd from her since till I contacted her again in the apartment where we had sex again, with no erection and was able to ejaculate. (I was investigating the issues because they started to happen around the time meeting her, I also have bought LSD from her once and noticed no effects from it, knowing this I am sure it was LSD and something else that could have contributed to a date rape drug because she wanted to take it together but I took it earlier without her).
Shortly after the move to the condo, I have worked as a contractor at Amazon. At Amazon, a co-worker said in the loading dock with all employees and contractors present “Hey Moe, your gay right?”. All Employees and contractors fell silent not saying anything for quite some time and resumed their work as well as I.

This lead to the first voice in my head to say “Go Kill Your Self” at home in the bathtub. I noticed that there was a metallic vibration from the vent as it was said. I had my first suicide attempt, next day at work a co-worker noticed my bandied and I assume he told my boss because his statements were just to stay put and take it easy. No work that day, after the day ended I went back home and called the suicide hot-line and they stated since I have cut myself I need to check in to a hospital. I then begun to drive to the local Reston Hospital. After the hospitalization I was diagnosed with schizophrenia, I then moved out of the Condo and begun moving into an apartment where I had another episode of suicidal attempt, screaming out-loud with sleeping issues many times saying I raped Lilya Eberle, another hospitalization, some time living in the apartment I was hired again at Amazon and from contractor I became an employee in Data-center work. During my employment I checked the company contacts to see if that employee was still hired and was (Ren Marnlo, spelling on last name?). The next day he was no longer listed in the company contacts.
Another instance is when I left my computer unlocked and walked away from my system, another co-worker (employee, I was a contractor at the time) he approached my laptop and wrote in group chat that I should marry my computer.
During my unemployment I found out with schizophrenia that the perpetrator who started the frequency emitter is trying to get a sexual harassment lawsuit done to get money for herself, blackmailing me for it. I believe that I am still currently connected to her via psychosis which I was also diagnosed during my mental stay at hospitals where I have not said anything to the doctors.
I also heard back from my lawyer friend. To bring a sexual harassment lawsuit there usually needs to be proof of repeated harassment...
"In legal terms, harassment typically needs to be “severe or pervasive” to be actionable. Most of the time, a pattern of behavior is required to establish that the environment is hostile or abusive. However, if a single incident is extremely severe, it can constitute harassment. For example, an instance of physical assault."

It was Verbal, next day I was admitted to the hospital during the contract I was with working at AWS. ☹️
Amazon could have its own guidelines in place, so for example if you reported it to them they would have to fire the individual.
So not sure what the goal is here. Is it to make money via lawsuit? While you've suffered a lot they really didn't think it was a super strong case in terms of the law, and it wouldn't be that lucrative, especially b/c for a lawyer to take on the case they would take a high contingency fee (40% +).
The other goal for most victims is closure. They don't care about the money but just want justice and for the world to know what somebody else did. In the lawyers experience, people often regret the headache and complications of a legal battle and say it isn't worth it. Better is to find closure via therapy with a professional.
Updates:
There were drinks at the apartment I do remember I took a small sip, and I remember her taking one too but she might not have drank any of it.
11/09/25 - All moves were done to me by my family members while I was not knowing why I was moving or for what reason.
12/3/2025 - Sent SMS and emails to Jackie about the events that I remembered and she has never replied to any of them.
